I think this is is the most asked question! The Henna Studio is wherever you'd like it to be! Wherever you and I feel comfortable. It can be my home, your home. It can be a park, a restaurant, a hotel! it doesn't matter - Henna is portable and everything I need I carry with me!
With this said....
If you are in East Orlando we can meet at VIP SALON (corner of Dean Road and Colonial)
If you are in Downtown we can meet at Beachcombers Bazaar on Edgewater.
Usually on Saturdays you can find me at Beachcomber's Bazaar from 12:30pm to 3:30pm. You can call for an appointment or be a walk-up.
It is a plant (lawsonia inermis) that its leaves are dried and ground into a fine powder. This powder (henna) is mixed with various liquids and oils to create a paste. The paste is applied to the skin (the art of Mehndi). Once the paste is removed (ideally 4-8hrs after application) it will leave a beautiful bright orange stain on your skin. Normally it will take 24 to 48 hours to saturate or mature and become the darkest it can get on your skin (the stain could be various shades of brown). Afterwards thru the skin's natural process of exfoliation it will wear off until it disappears.
Feel free to visit www.hennapage.com to find out all about henna (and more!)
What I do is an art, all my work is free hand (which means I don't use stencils) and of very good quality. My rates are comparable and competitive with those outside. However they are not written in stone. So dont' be shy! If you really wanna get henna but are on a limited budget - let me know and if it's something I can agree with then it becomes a win-win situation for the both of us!
That's a very good option! Tell me what you have to offer :)
